DailyDuties:-
- Customerservices(Highestlevel)
- Followanynewsystemsprocedureswithinthedepartment
- Totakejobordersfromclients,includingrouting,classifyingofservices and establishingdeadlines
- Updatingclientswithanyflightandcustomsdelays
- Submittingproofofdeliveriestoclients
- Resolvinganyqueries
- Offeringclientsthecompany'sfullportfolioofservices
- Buildingandmaintainingrelationshipswithclients
- Communicatewithservicepartnersandkeepingthemallupdatedon shipmentsprogress
RequiredExperience:-
- ExperienceinAerospacefieldispreferred
- CustomerserviceexperiencewithinAirfreight
- KnowldgeofMicrosoftOfficesuite(Excel,PowerPoint&Word)
- GoodwrittenandverbalcommunicationsskillsinEnglish
WorkinghoursareMonday-Friday12:00-21:00
