AI/ML Engineer Intern (Onsite) (Austin)

Luna Data Solutions is seeking an AI/Machine Learning Engineer Intern for a long term onsite contract opportunity in Austin.

**Must reside in the Austin area at time of submittal **

• 12 month contract, can extend
• This role requires onsite presence 4–5 days per week (Austin, TX 78744)

AI Program Focus

• Create and curate AI training curriculum and learning assets for internal employees, with emphasis on:
• Microsoft Copilot
• Google Gemini
• Other AI-enabled, enterprise-approved productivity platforms
• Assist with identifying and organizing training topics, learning paths, and practical use cases aligned to business productivity and governance guidance
• Review, coordinate, and maintain updates to the AI Program SharePoint site, ensuring content remains current, clear, and accessible
• Support AI communications and awareness activities as requested by AI Program leadership

ECM Program Focus

• Provide operational support to the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) Program Manager, including:
• Coordinating periodic meetings with the core ECM Program team
• Supporting cross-platform ECM enablement efforts (e.g., SharePoint, Box, OnBase, DocuSign)
• Planning and coordinating the launch of an ECM Community of Practice to complement the ECM user groups
• Help align ECM-related training and guidance with broader AI enablement efforts where applicable.
• Assist with content organization and updates to ECM-related SharePoint or collaboration spaces.

Required Skills

• Typically requires 1-3 years of experience or education in the field or in a related area.
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
