Role Overview
This is an Analyst, Valuation & Advisory Services role based out of the Downtown Toronto office. The position is hybrid and requires an aspiring appraisal professional who can analyze data, conduct market research, and support appraisal projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Apply superior organization and analytical skills to conduct assessments, tax searches, surveys, market research and financial analysis.
- Collect and organize market and property data.
- Support the appraisal process by collaborating with other departments to obtain the information needed to support the team.
- Perform thorough market research and engage with market participants.
- Contribute to preparing appraisal reports working with the team.
Qualifications
- Commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser and progressing towards AACI designation.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Argus is an asset.
Compensation
Area / Location Specific: Toronto, Ontario. Approximate annual salary range: $40,000 – $50,000. Existing vacancy within the organization.
