Analytics Manager (Customer Analytics & CRM)£550- £600pd via UmbrellaMostly remote, 2 days per month onsite/ Hampshire A leading Retail organisation is looking for an experienced Analytics Manager to join their Customer & Data function and lead a team of analysts driving customer, CRM and commercial insight across the business.You'll take ownership of a team of 4 Analysts, helping shape the future of customer analytics, CRM performance and data-driven decision making.The RoleLead, coach and develop a team of 4 AnalystsBuild and mature the analytics capability, driving best practice across analysis, forecasting and insight deliveryDrive CRM and customer performance through data-led recommendations and optimisationLead complex customer analytics projects, translating business challenges into actionable insightsPrioritise and manage a varied analytics backlog using Agile methodologiesPartner with stakeholders across CRM, Marketing, Digital, eCommerce and Commercial functionsDevelop forecasting models, analytical tools and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision makingSkills/ExperienceProven experience leading people/teamStrong Retail, eCommerce or customer-focused industry experienceAdvanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasetsExperience delivering commercial insights that drive measurable business outcomesHands-on experience with cloud-based analytics platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift or Google BigQueryStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders Reasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
