• Anesthesia Team: 22 anesthesiologists
• OR Staff: Collegial team of RNs, surgical techs, PCAs, surgeons, proceduralists, and APPs

• Neonatal to Adult

CARE MODEL & RESPONSIBILITIES

• CRNA Supervision: Yes
  • Mix of solo cases and care-team supervision
• Anesthesia Cart Preparation: Not required

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS & BOARD STATUS

• Board Certified Pediatric Anesthesiology
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS

LICENSURE

• Active Ohio medical license - highly preferred

REQUIRED PROCEDURE EXPERIENCE

• General surgical cases (Neonatal, Pediatric, Adult)
• Thoracic cases (excluding open heart)
• Complex orthopedic cases
• Neurosurgical cases
• Ventilation management

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Pediatric anesthesia across all subspecialties
  • Excludes cardiac surgery and transplant surgery
• Arterial line placement
• Evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues
