The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor leads a small team responsible for maintaining apartment facilities, ensuring all maintenance needs are addressed promptly and efficiently. This role combines hands-on maintenance work with supervisory duties, reporting directly to the Property Manager. The supervisor is also occasionally on call for emergency situations, providing critical support to residents and the property outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and prioritize work orders for the team of 1-5 technicians
• Perform hands-on maintenance and repair tasks to ensure apartment systems function properly
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns
• Coordinate with the Property Manager to communicate maintenance status and needs
• Respond to emergency calls as part of occasional after-hours on-call duties

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance
• Knowledge and skills in HVAC maintenance
• Experience with plumbing systems and repairs
