What They're Looking ForOur client is a Microsoft Partner specializing in Dynamics 365 Business Applications and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
With over a decade + of experience delivering enterprise CRM and automation solutions, the company works closely with both government agencies and enterprise organizations in building scalable digital platforms that improve operational efficiency and citizen services.
A large portion of their work involves public sector digital transformation initiatives, where they design and build enterprise applications powered by Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
Due to continued project growth, they are expanding their engineering team and are looking for motivated developers who are eager to work with modern Microsoft technologies and enterprise platforms.
What They're Looking ForWe are seeking Application Developers who are passionate about building solutions and are interested in developing expertise within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
You will work closely with architects and functional consultants to deliver applications across the full software development lifecycle, gaining exposure to large-scale enterprise and government projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist architects and functional consultants with functional and technical design documentationParticipate in Fit-Gap analysis and solution design discussionsDevelop and configure solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power AppsPerform unit testing and application troubleshootingSupport UAT preparation, testing, and issue resolutionAssist with deployment and go-live activitiesProvide post go-live support and system improvements

What's your background?We are open to both junior developers who are eager to learn and build their careers within enterprise technology platforms.
Ideal profile0–3 years of experience in software developmentExperience with C# / .NET development or object-oriented programmingFamiliarity with Visual Studio or modern development frameworkInterest in enterprise applications, automation platforms, or AI technologiesStrong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Candidates with exposure to low-code platforms, CRM systems, or workflow automation tools will have an advantage.
