Minimum Relevant Experience: 4-5 YearsStart Date: ImmediateKey Skills: L1 Support, IT Operations, logging, tracking, routing and categorizing incidents and service requests. Years of Experience:At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in business analysis, system support, development, implementing system and maintaining IT systems. Role and Responsibilities• Improve IT Operation business process and documentations.• Triage of issues, including logging, tracking, routing and categorizing reported incidents and service requests.• Support users and provide resolutions for L1 issues, including common problem / issue in FAQ, inquiries and essential troubleshooting tasks.• Managing of the service desk common mailbox.• Prepare monthly report and support User Access Matrix review.• Communication of operation matters to stakeholders (e.g. system downtime, new implementations).
Requirements / Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
