As an ApplicationsEngineer II, you'll play an important role in supporting and enhancing the HR and Payroll applications that help our business run smoothly every day.
Working as part of the Application Engineering team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues and deliver practical system solutions. You'll help ensure our applications and data are reliable, secure and fit for purpose, while supporting continuous improvement across our HR and Payroll technology landscape.

- Supporting the day-to-day operation of HR and Payroll applications, ensuring they remain stable, secure and effective.
- Working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical system improvements.
- Configuring, maintaining and enhancing application functionality to support business processes.
- Supporting application changes, upgrades, testing and project delivery.
- Investigating and resolving incidents, service requests and system issues in a timely manner.
- Producing accurate documentation, reporting and support records.
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Driving continuous improvement across applications, processes and user experience.
- Providing guidance and support to colleagues and end users when required.
- Following governance, security and change management processes to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Experience supporting HR, Payroll or other business-critical applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Experience translating business requirements into practical, user-friendly system solutions.
- Knowledge of application configuration, maintenance and support.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and suppliers.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
- A passion for continuous improvement, learning and personal development.
Desirable
- ERP system configuration experience.
- Experience working within HR or Payroll environments.
- Project planning and delivery experience.
