Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Design Coordinator with expertise in high-rise residential and commercial projects to manage multidisciplinary design coordination, consultant integration, and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires strong coordination between architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient design delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate architectural, structural, MEP, façade, interior, and landscape design activities for high-rise projects.Review and manage design deliverables, shop drawings, and consultant submissions.Review consultant drawings and identify discrepancies or coordination issues. Ensure interdisciplinary coordination and clash resolution between all design packages.Track design progress against project schedules and milestones.Organize and lead design coordination meetings with consultants and contractors.Prepare MOMs and circulate with all stakeholders.Ensure compliance with project standards, local authority regulations.Support value engineering and optimization of design solutions.Coordinate authority approvals and statutory submissions.Manage RFIs, technical queries, drawing revisions, and design change control.Work closely with construction teams to resolve site-related design issues.Maintain design registers, coordination logs, and documentation records.Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions systematically.Support BIM coordination and model review processes where applicable.Assist in architectural planning and design development for high-rise residential and commercial projects.

Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).5-10 years of experience in design coordination for high-rise residential and commercial developments.Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP coordination.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM platforms, Navisworks, and MS Office.Knowledge of building bylaws, NBC standards, and construction detailing.Familiarity with local building regulations and authority approval procedures.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with large-scale mixed-use developments.Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.Knowledge of façade systems, podiums, basements, and tower coordination.PMP or BIM-related certifications are an advantage.Key CompetenciesMultidisciplinary coordinationTechnical problem-solvingLeadership and communicationPlanning and schedulingQuality and compliance management
