The architect will collaborate with clients and the design team to develop interior and architectural concepts that align with project requirements, budget, and timelines.

Responsibilities include preparing architectural drawings and 3D models, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and consultants during planning and execution. The role involves conducting site visits, monitoring progress, and resolving design or construction issues to maintain quality and design intent. The architect will also contribute to project schedules, documentation, and compliance with relevant codes and standards while supporting multiple projects concurrently.QualificationsStrong foundation in architecture and architectural design, with the ability to translate client needs into functional, aesthetic spaces.Experience with the integration of architectural elements, interiors, and building services to deliver cohesive project solutions.Proficiency in project management, including planning, coordination, and communication with multidisciplinary stakeholders.Familiarity with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic understanding of software development or digital workflows is an advantage.Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and construction practices in India.Strong visualisation, presentation, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.Ability to work on-site in Raipur, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
