ALM Consultant / Senior Consultant – Banking & Financial Services
Location - Mumbai/Gurgaon

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Asset Liability Management (ALM) Professionals with proven expertise in implementing ALM solutions for banking and financial services organizations. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical knowledge of Liquidity Risk Management (LRM), Interest Rate Risk Management (IRRBB), regulatory reporting, and end-to-end ALM solution implementation lifecycle.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, risk teams, treasury teams, and technology teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, perform integrations, support testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to ALM, liquidity risk, funding risk, and interest rate risk management.
- Conduct workshops with Treasury, Finance, Risk Management, and Regulatory Reporting teams.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Configure ALM solutions to support:
- Liquidity Risk Management
- Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB)
- Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP)
- Balance Sheet Management
- Regulatory Reporting
- Stress Testing and Scenario Analysis
- Support model validation and business sign-off activities.
- Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and user training materials.
Technical Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end ALM implementation projects.
- Perform data mapping, data sourcing, and data quality analysis.
- Design and develop integrations between ALM platforms and source systems.
- Support ETL processes, data transformations, and interface development.
- Execute system configuration, customization, and environment setup activities.
- Perform SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management.
- Support deployment, release management, and post-production stabilization.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot system/data issues.
Project Delivery Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Treasury, Finance, Technology, and Vendor teams.
- Track project deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Support solution demonstrations, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
- Assist in project estimation, planning, and implementation strategy.
