We are seeking an experienced and strategic Asset Manager in Dallas, TX to oversee the financial and operational performance of a growing multifamily portfolio. This role will be responsible for managing budgets, cash flow, capital planning, financial reporting, and distribution strategies while driving overall asset performance and maximizing returns. The Asset Manager will partner closely with property management teams to develop annual budgets, execute business plans, and identify opportunities to enhance value and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities also include building financial models, overseeing valuations and market analysis, and leading capital events such as refinancings, construction draws, and property dispositions. The ideal candidate will provide strategic recommendations to ownership, support acquisition underwriting and due diligence efforts, and represent ownership in meetings with lenders, equity partners, and other key stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong multifamily asset management experience, advanced financial analysis skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate across internal and external teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of multifamily asset management experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field, strong financial modeling experience

• Experience managing large-scale multifamily portfolios and capital events

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
