Asset Manager - Real Estate (residential / mixed-use)

Job Description

For our client, a well-established real estate company based in Hamburg, we are looking for an Asset Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen their team.

The role focuses on the active management and development of a real estate portfolio, with a particular focus on residential and mixed-use assets.

Your responsibilities:

• Active management of a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties
\n
• Monitoring and optimisation of asset performance
\n
• Preparation and implementation of business plans and budgets
\n
• Coordination with property management, tenants, service providers and other external partners
\n
• Identification and implementation of value-enhancing measures
\n
• Supporting refurbishment, repositioning and leasing activities
\n
• Preparation of reports, analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
\n
• Close cooperation with other departments, including acquisitions, transactions and finance
\n

Your profile:

\n
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in real estate, ideally in strategic asset management
\n
• Experience with residential and/or mixed-use properties is preferred
\n
• Good understanding of real estate markets, financials and asset performance
\n
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
\n
• Independent and structured way of working
\n
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Very good German and English skills
\n
• Confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
\n
