As part of a replacement, we are looking for our future logistics transport assistant. Are you looking for a motivating challenge within a dynamic team? Look no further, we have what you need!
You will join a team of 40 employees at our industrial site! Your daily tasks will include the following: Management of the loading schedule for Eygalières and Mollégès with SHIPTIFY and WMS with a dual objective of optimizing costs and deadlines. Welcome of drivers: You are responsible for the reception of drivers for purchases and loadings at the Eygalières and Mollégès sites.
Management of truck and container loading operations: You ensure the proper management of loadings by verifying their compliance. You issue delivery notes, fill out the CMR, and perform truck weighings to ensure compliance with standards and logistics requirements. Management of transport quotations and orders: You are responsible for requesting quotations for transports while optimizing costs and respecting deadlines.
Management of transport purchase orders: You ensure the follow-up of transport purchase orders, coordinating the different logistical aspects to guarantee a smooth and optimal management of transport operations. You ensure the control of transport invoices and the follow-up of exceptional costs. Profile You hold a Bac +2 in logistics and have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
With good concentration skills, you will be able to work in an open-space environment with traffic and various requests (drivers, team members, or other services...). You have acquired good mastery of different aspects of logistics and a welcoming attitude, whether it is the management of flows, order tracking, or stock management. Your versatility, reactivity, and sense of priorities will be major assets to successfully carry out your missions in a dynamic and demanding environment.
