Assistant Spa Manager Four Seasons Hotel Montreal seeks a dynamic, bilingual professional to manage the daily operations of Guerlain Spa, the Fitness and Wellness area, and to deliver exceptional customer service to guests and staff. Location Montreal’s Golden Square Mile About the Role The Assistant Spa Manager supports the Spa Department manager and oversees operations, staff, and guest experience to maintain Four Seasons’ luxury standards. What You Will Do Oversee all aspects of the department including interviewing, training, and scheduling staff.
Manage treatment scheduling, room utilization, and ordering of operational supplies. Coordinate maintenance with Engineering and Housekeeping, ensuring facilities are clean, stocked, and safe. Handle guest complaints, follow up, and coach staff to prevent future issues.
Develop and present spa menus, seasonal treatments, and retail strategies to drive revenue. Collaborate with other hotel departments and leadership teams to support resort initiatives. Monitor financial budgets, forecasting, and reporting for the spa business.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and manage chemical inventory. Participate in meetings, training sessions, and operational projects as directed. What You Bring Excellent communication skills in French and English, written and oral. 3–4 years of experience in spa, fitness, or wellness management.
Strong knowledge of spa operations, marketing, and customer service excellence. Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management. Ability to thrive under pressure, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Team‑orientated mindset with leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Book4Time, and other relevant systems. Professional appearance, integrity, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
