About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Executive Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of all facility aspects, including planning, organizing, delegating, team meetings, marketing, and budgeting. This role also involves overseeing the clinical and medical care of patients and ensuring compliance with agency, state, and federal standards.
The Assistant Executive Director will play a key role in promoting performance improvement and community relations that align with the company's mission of providing effective and comprehensive treatment. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in a human services field, and at least three years of management experience. Administrative or supervisory experience in a licensed substance use disorders or mental health treatment facility is required.
The role demands a current valid driver's license, the ability to travel up to 20%, and a commitment to the company's values of creating a better world through transformative treatment. Responsibilities also include policy development and enforcement, participation in the Performance Improvement Plan, and the supervision, training, and orientation of team members. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to the safety and well-being of both teammates and patients and will ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to in a timely manner.
