Job Description
We are looking for a strong incumbent to drive sales for 3PL business focusing on warehousing in the region. The role is industry vertical agnostic and requires relationship development, obtaining opportunities and business closure. Enable lead generation for multiple industry segmentsReach out to prospects across industry segments and share YCH capabilitiesEnsure deep connect with prospects through email/meetingsRegularly conduct prospective client visits to YCH Operating locations in the regionGather market information to get active RFP/ RFQ in the 3PL spaceOnce RFP is obtained, seek data from the prospect through sharing of questionnaires and data templatesConduct client site visits to get a better understanding of the product and its handlingPrepare RFP details with support from procurement at HOWork with Reporting Manager to create a 3PL solution including infra, manpower, capex and opex calculationsConduct professional follow up with clients to get favorable business closurePost Go-Live, Respond to corporate customer needs/enquiries/complaintsDevelop and maintain strong existing corporate customer relations and loyaltyDeveloping an understanding of and staying current with the competitive landscape in the regionIdentify relevant and potential geographies and industry verticals to expand business in the regionCustomer profiling and business forecasts to ensure continuous availability of business.Drive account mining with present customersARR and in-year revenue realizationSales Pipeline (Value and Quality)Strategic Growth Plan and Projections
