About the Role
This role will be responsible for building and strengthening Puné Gas' ecosystem of partnerships across consultants, industry bodies, and key institutional customers in the HoReCa, F&B, Hospitality, MEP, and Industrial segments. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, business development, and relationship management, helping create a strong inbound pipeline and long-term strategic visibility for the company.

Key Responsibilities
Industry Bodies & Institutional Engagement Actively engage with organizations such as Confederation of Indian Industry, Indian Green Building Council, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry and othersRepresent Puné Gas at industry forums, events, and conferencesBuild visibility through speaking opportunities, panels, and collaborations
Government & Policy EngagementBuild relationships with relevant ministries and departments (Energy, Petroleum & Natural Gas, Urban Development, etc.) and other regulatory bodies and standards organizationsTrack policy developments impacting LPG, natural gas, and industrial fuel usageSupport leadership in policy representation, industry recommendations, advocacy initiativesPosition Puné Gas as a credible voice in energy transition and gas ecosystems
Consultant & Ecosystem PartnershipsBuild long-term value bearing relationships with, F&B and kitchen consultants, Hospitality design consultants, MEP consultants and PMC firmsEnsure Puné Gas solutions are specified early in project design stagesCreate a structured consultant engagement and retention program
Key Account DevelopmentIdentify and initiate relationships with QSR chains, Restaurant groups, Hospitality chains, Industrial conglomeratesSupport Sales teams in opening strategic doors and multi-location opportunities
Partnership-led GrowthDevelop and execute partnership-driven GTM strategiesCreate repeatable models for consultant-led business, Chain account expansion, Industry cluster penetration
Internal CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Projects, and Product teamsEnsure seamless transition from relationship opportunity execution
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:4-7 years in B2B marketing, partnerships, public affairs, consulting, institutional sales or business developmentExposure to HoReCa, Hospitality, MEP, Industrial ecosystems government or policy engagement is a strong advantageSkills:Strong networking and relationship-building abilityCommercial awareness with strategic thinkingExcellent communication and presentation skillsTraits:Self-driven and proactiveStructured yet entrepreneurialLong-term relationship mindset
