Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills who has a proven track record in high-ticket sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with business owners, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers, building strong relationships, and closing premium-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients into business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through calls, follow-ups, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct detailed consultations with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present iFranchise's services confidently and effectively.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Proven experience in high-ticket sales with a successful closing record.
- Experience in B2B sales, franchise consulting, real estate, education, financial services, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build rapport with senior decision-makers and business owners.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the complete sales process.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
