The role requires strong expertise in Education / EdTech / University admissions sales, with a proven ability to drive conversions, manage high-volume teams, and achieve aggressive admission targets in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end team performance management, CRM oversight, and ensuring consistent achievement of enrollment goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 20-80 inside sales counselorsDrive consistent achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly admission targetsOversee complete lead-to-admission funnel managementMonitor and improve team performance, productivity, and conversion ratiosHandle CRM operations, reporting, and data managementManage shrinkage, attrition, and workforce efficiencyConduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance improvement sessionsEnsure adherence to process, quality standards, and sales disciplineWork in a high-pressure, target-oriented sales environmentRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent verbal communication skills in English (fluent & confident)Strong analytical and reporting capabilitiesHands-on experience with CRM tools and sales dashboardsAbility to manage large teams in a performance-driven setupStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilityComfortable working under strict targets and deadlinesEligibility CriteriaMinimum 5 years of experience as Team Leader - Inside SalesMandatory experience in Education / EdTech / University / College admissionsProven track record of managing large teams (20+ members) and driving sales performanceWork Schedule6 Days Working9:30 AM to 5:30 PMWork from OfficeSalary 40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and performance) Contact Details
