Role: Assistant Manager - Customer Success BFSI Location: BangaloreWhat You'll Own:Manage and nurture relationships with key customer accountsDrive product/service adoption, engagement, and overall value realizationOwn the customer lifecycle post-sales, including onboarding and ongoing engagementEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and overall experienceSupport renewals and retention by helping customers achieve measurable successAct as the voice of the customer and collaborate with internal teams to improve outcomesProactively identify risks and implement strategies to enhance retentionConduct regular reviews, success planning sessions, and stakeholder alignmentWhat We're Looking For:5+ yrs of Experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing rolesStrong understanding of customer success metrics such as adoption, retention, and satisfactionProven ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholdersExperience in retention, renewals, or long-term customer engagementExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to balance customer needs with business objectivesNice to Have:Experience in a technology-driven or service-oriented environmentFamiliarity with CRM tools and customer success platformsExperience working in cross-functional, fast-paced teams Why Join Us?
