Assistant Manager/Manager, Analytics & Process Innovation

This role focuses on leveraging data, automation, and emerging technologies to modernise workflows, enhance client experience, and empower internal teams across our outsourced accounting and advisory services. You will work closely with accountants, advisors, and technology stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, identify smarter ways of working, and support the adoption of practical, tech-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and scalability.We are seeking a hands-on, driven individual with a strong desire to make an impact through the use of technology, data, and AI-enabled tools. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive process improvements using automation, AI tools, and better use of existing systems Work with teams to redesign SOPs and embed more efficient, technology-enabled ways of working Explore and deploy new digital solutions (e.g. AI, automation, analytics) with practical use cases Collaborate with project teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions Work closely with the data science team to develop, implement, and maintain data pipelines for automation and analysis Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights and support decision-making Prepare reports and visualisations to communicate findings to stakeholders Support capability building by upskilling internal teams in analytics and technology

RequirementsDegree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field 4–7 years of experience in accounting, outsourced accounting, or finance transformation roles Exposure to data analysis or reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI) Driven, inquisitive, and detail-oriented Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
