Sikich is seeking an Assistant Manager - Office Operations with 7-9 years of experience to join our dynamic team, who can oversee and manage day-to-day administrative and operational functions within the office environment. The ideal candidate would be supervising and implementing efficient office procedures. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining organizational efficiency and effectiveness by supporting team members and facilitating communication both internally and externally.

\nResponsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. \n
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed while managing budgets. \n
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords to ensure all office needs are met. \n
- Supervise the maintenance of office equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and functional workspace. \n
- Assist senior management with administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and reporting. \n
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and ensure accurate record-keeping. \n
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events for employees and leadership. \n
- Provide support to employees regarding office policies, procedures, and facilities. \n
- Maintain smooth operations across all offices in India \n
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to onboard new employees and set up workspaces. \n
- Identify and implement processes to enhance office efficiency and productivity. \n
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations. \n
- Monitor office expenses and optimize cost control measures. \n
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. \n
- 5+ years of experience in office operations, administration, or a similar role. \n
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management tools. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. \n
- Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance regulations is a plus. \n
