What You'll Do HR OperationsManage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)Ensure smooth execution of HR operations, payroll inputs & HRMS updatesMaintain employee records, MIS, and HR dashboards Employee Relations & EngagementAct as a trusted HR partner for employee queries and concernsDrive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programsHandle grievance resolution and foster a positive work environment Recruitment & Talent SupportSupport end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth hiring experienceBuild talent pipelines and enhance candidate experience HR Policy & Process ImplementationEnsure adherence to HR policies, SOPs & compliance requirementsDrive implementation and continuous improvement of HR processesSupport audits, documentation, and policy communication Local Administration (Hyderabad Office)Oversee office administration and facility managementCoordinate with vendors (housekeeping, security, etc.)Ensure smooth functioning of workplace operations Communication & Stakeholder ManagementDeliver clear and effective HR communication across teamsConduct trainings, inductions, and employee sessionsCollaborate with stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business goals What We're Looking ForMBA / PGDM in HR (or equivalent)4-8 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roleStrong knowledge of:HR Operations & Employee LifecycleEmployee Relations & EngagementRecruitment coordinationHR Policies & complianceHands-on experience with HRMS (SAP / Workday / Darwinbox, etc.)Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Why Join Us?Exposure to end-to-end HR functionsOpportunity to drive employee experience initiativesCollaborative and growth-oriented work culturePlease send me updated resume at
