Job Title: Assistant Manager - RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)Location: Pune / Chennai / Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate joiners preferredAbout the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager - RPO to lead recruitment delivery, manage client relationships, and drive team performance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, team handling, escalation management, and delivering solutions in a fast-paced RPO environment.Key Responsibilities Recruitment Delivery & OperationsManage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned clients (sourcing to onboarding)Ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined TAT and quality metricsDrive sourcing strategies for volume and niche hiring requirementsMonitor recruiter productivity and ensure optimal delivery performance Team ManagementLead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitersSet clear performance expectations and track team KPIsConduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessionsHandle team escalations and ensure high engagement levels Client & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a primary point of contact for clientsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsProvide regular updates, reports, and insights on hiring progressUnderstand client requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly Escalation & Issue ResolutionHandle client and internal escalations effectivelyIdentify root causes and implement corrective actionsEnsure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication Process Improvement & SolutioningIdentify gaps in recruitment processes and drive continuous improvementImplement best practices and innovative sourcing strategiesEnsure compliance with client SLAs and internal standardsRequired Skills & Qualifications5-10 years of experience in Recruitment / RPO / StaffingProven experience in team handling (minimum 5-10 members)Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processesExcellent stakeholder and client management skillsExperience in escalation handling and problem resolutionStrong analytical and reporting skills (MIS, dashboards, KPIs)Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentPreferred SkillsExperience in managing large-scale or multi-location hiring projectsExposure to ATS tools and recruitment technologiesStrong communication and negotiation skillsKey CompetenciesLeadership & Team ManagementClient Focus & Relationship ManagementProblem-Solving & Solution OrientationOwnership & AccountabilityAbility to perform under pressureWhy Join Us?Opportunity to lead high-impact RPO engagementsFast-paced growth environmentExposure to diverse clients and hiring challenges
