Job Description
- Support the Project Manager in developing, updating, and tracking the overall project schedule.
- Assist with coordinating daytoday tasks to help the team meet key milestones, including design coordination, procurement, construction activities, startup, commissioning, punch list, and closeout.
- Monitor construction site progress and help track schedule and budget performance, escalating potential issues to the Project Manager as needed.
- Assist in the coordination and administration of subcontractors, including tracking scopes, schedules, and performance during various project phases.
- Support the procurement process by helping prepare subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal team members, subcontractors, and external partners to ensure alignment and timely information flow.
- Provide administrative and technical support such as meeting notes, RFIs, submittal tracking, and document control.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Civil Engineering preferred
- At least 3+ years of experience in Construction Project Management with a relevant general contractor
- Strong technical background and relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence team members, partners, and customers.
- Data Center or large commercial project experience is preferred
- RELEVANT EXPERIENCE WITH A GENERAL CONTRACTOR REQUIRED
