An exciting opportunity for an experienced and customer focused Assistant Store Manager to join a globally recognised apparel brand at its high performing Birkenhead Point location.

Reporting into the Store Manager, this is an ideal opportunity for a motivated retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people, product, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• KPIs focused on Conversion and UPT.
• Leading from the front to deliver an exceptional customer experience and styling advice
• Coaching, developing, and motivating team members to maximise performance
• Supporting roster management to optimise productivity and customer service
• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly store performance metrics
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with global brand guidelines
• Managing inventory, stock control, and loss prevention initiatives
• Supporting all operational and administrative functions of the store

Experience:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, or Senior Supervisor within fashion, apparel, footwear, or lifestyle retail
• A proven track record of delivering strong sales results and achieving KPIs
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing retail teams
• Strong commercial acumen and an ability to analyse performance data
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for customer service
• High levels of organisation, accountability, and attention to detail
