Theassistanttrainerwillsupportdeliveringengagingandeffectivetrainingtonewandexistingemployees,ensuringtheyhavetheknowledge,skillsandconfidencetoperformtheirrolessuccessfully.Therolewillsupportemployeeinductions,systemtraining,processimprovementsandongoingdevelopmentacrossthebusiness. Workingcloselywithdepartmentalmanagers,theassistanttrainerwillidentifytrainingneeds,developtrainingmaterialsandprovidepracticalsupporttoemployees,helpingtoimproveconsistency,productivityandservicestandards.
KeyResponsibilities
Deliverstructuredinductionprogrammesforallnewemployees.
Providehands-ontrainingandsupportoninternalsystemsandsoftware.
Assistnewstartersduringtheironboardingperiod,ensuringtheybecomecompetentandconfidentintheirrole.
Deliverone-to-oneandgrouptrainingsessionsacrossdifferentdepartments.
Produceandmaintaintrainingguides,manuals,videosandotherlearningresources.
Monitortraineeprogressandprovideconstructivefeedback.
Workwithmanagerstoidentifyindividualanddepartmentaltrainingneeds.
