The role ensures the integrity of financial reporting, drives technical accounting policy, and leads global consolidations. The AVP will directly manage a high-performing team and ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations.Key responsibilities include providing final review of all external reporting (Form 10-K, Form 10-Q) and debt covenant packages, leading preparation of quarterly reporting packages to Brookfield as the primary liaison with Brookfield's corporate reporting team, serving as the subject matter expert on complex technical accounting matters including ASC 842, M&A, equity-method accounting, fund consolidation, and segment reporting, and leading implementation of new FASB/SEC standards.Apply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
