By equipping brokers with the Agent, Hub, and Platform, we empower our customers to navigate the complexities of property and casualty insurance with confidence and control. Archipelago was founded in 2018 and serves many of the world's largest commercial P work with Product and Customer Success to translate pilot feedback into wins and expansions.
Operational Excellence - Maintain complete, accurate CRM hygiene (activities, contacts, stages, next steps); report on KPIs and continuously refine the sales process. Qualifications: 1-4 years of experience in the Property Insurance industry Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and sharp attention to detail Deep curiosity for product knowledge, with a passion for translating that understanding into customer solutions High-energy self-starter who takes initiative, brings fresh ideas, and operates with a strong sense of urgency Strong work ethic with a resourceful, ownership-oriented mindset willing to go the extra mile Collaborative team player who thrives in a pod team structure and understands that collective effort drives sales success Willingness to travel domestically Preferred locations: New York or San Francisco Benefits: We offer benefits regardless of where you are in your career.
