This is a *fast-paced, high-volume role* ideal for someone driven to make a meaningful impact on clients’ lives. You will handle a variety of immigration matters, including: * Asylum applications Review
* Removal proceedings
* Consular processing
* Naturalization and citizenship *Key Responsibilities** Represent clients before *USCIS and Immigration Court (EOIR)*
* Conduct *Master Calendar Hearings and Individual Hearings*
* Manage cases from intake through resolution
* Draft motions, pleadings, and legal briefs
* Conduct legal research and case analysis.
* Prepare clients for interviews and court appearances.
* Maintain communication with clients and opposing counsel.
* Ensure timely and accurate filings.
* Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
* Guide legal assistants, interns, and support staff.
* Participate in community outreach and legal education initiatives. *Requirements (Must Have)**Requirements (Must Have)** Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
* Active Bar license in good standing (in any US jurisdiction)
* *3-5 years of immigration law experience (REQUIRED)*
* *Experience handling EOIR and USCIS cases (REQUIRE*D)
* *Bilingual in Haitian Creole and English (REQUIRED)*
* Strong knowledge of immigration law and procedures
* Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems *Preferred Qualifications** Experience handling asylum and removal defense cases
