Join Our Team as a Senior Associate Attorney at Wisniewski & Associates, LLC! Are you a licensed attorney in NJ and NY with 1-2 years of experience looking to join a dynamic litigation practice? Wisniewski & Associates, LLC is offering a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for the right candidate.
We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent research, writing, and communication skills to work independently and contribute to our team. New York admission is a plus! Daily Responsibilities: Meet with clients to review information and confer with managing members and associate attorneys.
Research laws, statutes, and court opinions using resources like Westlaw. Develop legal strategies and prepare contracts, documents, and memoranda. Prepare matters by gathering documents, attending meetings, and developing arguments.
Manage files, monitor schedules, and obtain necessary information. Required Skills: Litigation experience Legal document preparation Research and writing skills Juris Doctor degree Ability to analyze and digest information Company Information: John S. We are a listed and Martindale-Hubbell - rated law firm located in Sayreville, New Jersey. Committed to providing excellent representation, we are open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., with weekend and evening hours available by appointment. Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $135,000, along with health, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) options, life insurance, and disability insurance.
