This role focuses on managing key account operations, ensuring high-quality financial transaction processing, and driving continuous improvement in service quality.

How you will create impact

• Enhance Service Quality: Analyze transaction data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service quality.
• Monitor Financial Transactions: Ensure seamless processing and delivery of transactions, addressing any issues promptly.
• Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency, uphold high-quality standards, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Support, Product Development, Analytics, Compliance, and Sales teams to optimize operations.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and operational activities.
• Independent Contribution: Lead Key Account Operations with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative.
• Ownership and Accountability: Proactively manage tasks and projects, taking full responsibility for delivering results.

Essential qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional confidence in interactions.
• Experience in the cross-border payment domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in financial operations, transaction monitoring, or a similar role, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
