Responsibilities
- Lead and manage key programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement operational strategies.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Mentor and support program managers and staff.
- Manage budgets and resources for program efficiency.
- Build and maintain community partnerships.
- Engage with clients, families, and community partners
- Monitor and evaluate program performance for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social services, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years in a leadership role within the healthcare or human services sector.
- Strong knowledge of developmental disabilities services and NJ DDD guidelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
