Associate Director

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track.

The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $250,000 – $270,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements including strategy development
• Serve as day-to-day lead for senior clients, building trusted relationships
• Assist CEOs and senior leadership teams in addressing critical business issues
• Manage workloads across account teams to ensure high-quality client service
• Collaborate across internal divisions to develop integrated solutions
• Direct multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment across teams
• Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues
• Establish strategic priorities considering multiple perspectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree required
• 8+ years of relevant experience within a consulting environment
• Broad consulting toolkit applied to diverse client challenges
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage expectations across multiple clients
• Expertise in addressing strategic, operational, and organizational challenges
• Entrepreneurial mindset with creative solutions approach
• Persuasive communicator with strong verbal and written skills
• Experience contributing to business development initiatives
