We are looking for a senior strategy + new business leader who brings a strong consulting foundation and can translate complex business problems into scalable digital product opportunities.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, consulting, and digital product sales, and is ideal for someone who has spent time in a top-tier consulting environment and is now ready to drive high-value enterprise growth in a fast-paced digital studio.
You will be responsible for shaping new business strategy, driving CXO-level engagements, and closing large digital transformation deals across platforms, apps, websites, and enterprise systems.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & New Business Leadership
- Define and drive new business strategy for digital product and transformation services
- Identify and prioritise high-value enterprise accounts and strategic opportunities
- Build structured account strategies and market expansion plans
- Partner with leadership on revenue planning and growth direction
Consulting-Led Deal Shaping
- Lead end-to-end new business lifecycle: problem framing → discovery → solutioning → pitching → negotiation → closure
- Bring a structured consulting approach to ambiguous business challenges
- Translate client business problems into digital product and transformation opportunities
- Drive CXO-level conversations with founders, CIOs, CTOs, CMOs, and business leaders
Solutioning & Revenue Ownership
- Collaborate with design, tech, and content teams to build sharp, outcome-driven proposals
- Structure large, complex deals with clear ROI, scope, and value articulation
- Own new business revenue targets and strategic partnerships
What We Are Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or enterprise business roles
- Mandatory: 2–3 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm such as:
- McKinsey & Company
- Boston Consulting Group (BCG)
- Bain & Company
- Deloitte
- PwC
- EY
- Kearney
- Roland Berger
- Accenture Strategy
- Prior experience in digital agencies, tech consultancies, or product/engineering-led service firms is highly preferred
- Proven experience in closing or influencing large digital transformation / product / platform deals
- Strong ability to structure business problems and build strategic narratives
- Experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders (Founder, CTO, CIO, CMO, etc.)
- Deep understanding of digital products (web, apps, platforms, enterprise software, e-commerce)
- Strong communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
- High ownership mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
