Faulkner & Van Barneveld is hiring an Associate Lawyer passionate about Family Law in Barrie, Ontario. Candidates must have over 2 years of practice experience and a desire for professional growth.

This role offers flexibility through a fee-split arrangement with support for remote and in-office work.

Key Responsibilities: • Handle 25+ Family Law files independently • Prepare and file Family Court documents • Work with both Legal Aid and private clients • Address Children’s Aid Society (CAS) issues when necessary • Manage files efficiently using legal software

Requirements: • At least 2 years of Family Law experience • In-depth knowledge of the Family Law Act • Good standing with the Law Society of Ontario • Strong organizational skills for high-volume work • Creative thinking for problem-solving
