About the Team

The Treasury - Investments team at Navi is responsible for managing the company’s treasury with a focus on ensuring liquidity, managing financial risk, and overseeing day-to-day banking operations. The team also plays a critical role in creating and executing investment strategies to optimize returns.

About the Role

We are seeking a Treasury & Payment Operations Manager to oversee our daily cash flows, trade settlements, and end-to-end banking operations across multiple entities. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external banking partners to ensure accounts are properly funded, payments process smoothly, and our daily financial operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Liquidity Management of Different Entities
• Cashflow maintenance of all Entities.
• Ensuring Business accounts are funded appropriately by estimating the requirement.
• Processing of Trade Settlement within the Timelines.
• Cash Deployment in CROMS.
• ISDA and GMRA setup.
• Coordination with Custody, Exchanges, Banks, Brokers, Custody etc.
• Creation and modification of Investment systems for new entities.
• Ensuring the Investment System is live with all the deal entries and transactions.
• Ensuring KYC compliance is adhered to for onboarding of counterparties of various trades.

• Banking & Payments Related:
• Account Opening and API setup for the various Business requirements.
• Coordinating with banks, auditors and other stakeholders involved in the payment process.
• Ensuring Signatories are updated as per the requirements of the entities.
• Audit of Bank Account transactions.
• Monitor 24*7 payment success rates across banks, payment gateways and partners and continually improve the same through operational initiatives.
• Ad hoc Requests with regards to the overall Banking operations of the institute.
• Manage Payment Experience including monitoring payment processing systems and resolving payment issues and exceptions in order to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Solving payment issues of customers with internal (Product and Tech Team) and external stakeholders (PG and Banks)
• Daily Recon of Bank Account transactions.
• Ensuring all data required for the Finance team is given on a weekly and monthly basis

Must Haves

• 4+ years of experience working in Banks, Fintechs in operations role
• Willingness to work on active banking Saturdays (1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays) and aligned with Mumbai and Bengaluru bank schedules
• Strong Process Orientation & Execution skills
• Good Problem Solving and Coordination abilities
• Good Analytical Skills
• Financial Background
• Ms. Excel Proficiency
