Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

• Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and workshops in areas such as:
\n
• Entrepreneurship & Enterprise
\n
• Innovation Management
\n
• Business Models & Strategy
\n
• Marketing & Digital Communication
\n
• New Venture Creation
\n
• Entrepreneurial Finance
\n
• Business Environment & Sustainability
\n
• Teach across undergraduate and pathway programmes.
\n
• Utilize modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.
\n

Student Support

\n
• Act as a Personal Academic Tutor.
\n
• Guide students on academic progression and achievement.
\n
• Provide mentoring and pastoral support to students.
\n

Assessment & Quality Assurance

\n
• Design, evaluate, and moderate assessments.
\n
• Provide constructive feedback to students.
\n
• Participate in assessment boards and academic quality processes.
\n

Curriculum Development

\n
• Contribute to module enhancement and curriculum innovation.
\n
• Develop engaging learning resources for classroom and online delivery.
\n

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications

\n
• Master's Degree (MBA preferred) in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
\n
• Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one.
\n
• FHEA (or willingness to work towards it) will be an advantage.
\n

Experience

\n
• 3–8+ years of Higher Education teaching experience.
\n
• Experience teaching Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Business Strategy, Marketing, or related subjects.
\n
• Experience with assessment design, student mentoring, and academic administration.
\n
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.).
\n

Salary-10.00 to 12.00 Lacs PA
