Associate Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities

* Work on interested leads provided by the company (No Cold Calling).

* Connect with customers to understand their insurance requirements and recommend suitable plans.

* Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.

* Follow up with customers and ensure end-to-end sales closure.

* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

* Deliver an excellent customer experience before and after the sale.

* Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass).

* Marathi language is mandatory.

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
