Our client has a contract to a full-time role. This position is customer-facing and is responsible for monitoring and managing a large, complex global enterprise IT infrastructure. A remote 24/7 team will support this individual, with periodic on-call responsibilities for resolving Severity 1 issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage storage solutions to meet business needs for large enterprise customer environments.
• Monitor storage infrastructure performance and plan capacity accordingly.
• Administer and support SAN, NAS, and cloud storage environments.
• Ensure data integrity and security across storage platforms, including data backup and recovery operations.
• Optimize storage systems for efficiency and performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for storage procedures and configurations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in storage engineering.
• Strong expertise in SAN, NAS, and cloud storage technologies.
• Experience with storage performance analysis and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with storage security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
