Attorney Recruiter

About the Company We are a growing staffing and recruiting firm supporting law firms and corporate legal departments across the United States. About the Role We are seeking an Attorney Recruiter to join our team and support attorney-level searches for our legal clients nationwide. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting attorneys and a strong understanding of law firm environments, legal practice areas, and attorney hiring trends.

This individual will partner closely with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle while helping deliver exceptional talent solutions. Responsibilities Recruiting attorneys and understanding law firm environments. Partnering with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Delivering exceptional talent solutions. Qualifications 2–3 years of recruiting experience in agency recruiting, executive search, or legal recruiting. Minimum 1 year of attorney recruiting experience required.

Experience sourcing and recruiting attorneys for law firms or corporate legal departments. Required Skills Strong candidate development and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously. Preferred Skills Experience in diverse practice areas. Established client relationships and active search assignments.
