Attorney with Litigation Focus and Trial Experience

*Overview* We are seeking an attorney with recent trial experience and skilled to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers meaningful career advancement, including a potential path to partnership, with the opportunity to work closely with a Senior Partner on complex litigation matters from inception through trial. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil litigation, _*Personal Injury *_preferred, but litigation experience is a must. This role requires excellent legal drafting skills, the ability to conduct thorough research, and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. As an Trial Attorney, you will have the opportunity to litigate cases and contribute to meaningful legal outcomes.

This is a hybrid position based in Kent, Washington. Employees typically work approximately half of their time remotely and half in the office. Occasional in-office attendance may be required based on business needs, and candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance to appear in the applicable courts when necessary.

License/Certification Attorney Only:

* License to Practice in WA (Required) * Admission to the Washington State Bar Association.

Responsibilities:

* Represent clients in court proceedings and during legal negotiations. * Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation. * Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts. * Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation plans. * Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures. * Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations. * Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting practice areas.
