Attorney - Workers' Compensation or Personal Injury

*Associate Attorney Opportunities – Personal Injury & Workers’ Compensation (Minnesota)*

We are an established 8-attorney firm seeking to add *two attorneys* to our growing team: one focused on *Personal Injury* and one on *Workers’ Compensation*. We offer a collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong support staff, provided leads, and opportunities for professional growth.

*Personal Injury Attorney*

*Qualifications:*

* Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
* Minimum of 2+ years of personal injury experience
* Ability to manage cases from intake through resolution
* Workers’ compensation experience is a plus

*Compensation:*

* $75,000 – $125,000 base salary + commission

*Workers’ Compensation Attorney*

*Qualifications:*

* Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
* Experience handling workers’ compensation matters, including at least 5 hearings/trials
* Ability to independently manage a caseload

*Compensation:*

* $150,000+ base salary + bonus/commission

*Responsibilities (Both Roles):*

* Manage a caseload with support staff assistance
* Conduct client intakes and respond to prospective client inquiries
* Evaluate claims, prepare settlement demands, and negotiate resolutions
* Perform legal research and drafting
* Initiate litigation and represent clients at hearings/trials (with mentorship as needed)
* Provide excellent client service and maintain high ethical standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
