Audit Associate Director

As an Associate Director, you will take responsibility for managing your own portfolio and working closely with partners to deliver exceptional results.

The Role

• Manage an entire client portfolio, including listed companies
• Plan and deliver audits on time, on budget, and to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with listing requirements
• Assist with advice on technical matters, particularly for clients operating under stringent regulatory frameworks
• Develop client relationships, acting as the principal contact for CFOs, CEOs, and boards within your portfolio
• Manage, mentor, and train team members, providing performance management and career development support
• Identify new business opportunities to support client relationships and growth at Gravita

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

• Outstanding communication and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders such as CFOs and boards
• Comfortable navigating the complex reporting and compliance requirements of listed companies
• Excellent project management skills, ensuring successful delivery of multiple projects without drama
• Enjoy building strong, trusted relationships that lead to engaged teams and additional client work
• Willing to undertake diverse tasks to meet obligations
• Value feedback and thrive in an environment of constant learning and improvement
• Capable of working in a hybrid environment, both remotely and in the office

• Standard working week of 37.5 hours on a hybrid basis
