Automation Engineer

Automation Engineer position in Dallas, Texas for a leading client via Programmers.io.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in test automation for web applications.
• Strong expertise in Playwright and Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience with test frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, NUnit, Mocha, Jest, etc.).
• Knowledge of API testing (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with version control (Git) and defect tracking systems (JIRA, Azure Boards).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
