Job Description
Job Description We are looking for a consistent and detail-driven analyst with advanced Excel capability and strong technical understanding of hard services, SFG20 and Uniclass coding, ensuring high-quality, compliant asset data in line with core ISS standards and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Support all Asset Data Management activities as agreed within the AVDV Programme. Review core asset and survey data to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with contract deliverables.
Ensure data complies with legal and statutory regulations and building engineering standards. Manage data exports and imports for asset data, maintenance job plans, planned maintenance schedules, SFG20 and non-SFG procedures, and work tasks. Ensure accurate mapping to assets, building systems and job plans, maintaining ISS coding, naming conventions and standards.
Apply strict change control and version control processes for all data updates and improvements. Prepare and quality-assure asset collection and verification reports, datasets, and data completeness. QA data returns to ensure compliance with contract deliverables and core data field requirements.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Proven strong MS Office skills, particularly advanced Excel functions and formulas. Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, VBA or macro coding would be advantageous. Experience with CAFM systems (desirable).
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance. Sound technical knowledge and experience of SFG20. Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
