As a Legal Assistant II, you'll be an integral part of our team, supporting the Appellate Services Administration (ASA) to ensure justice and efficiency in our legal processes. Job Overview In this primarily virtual role, you will be required to be onsite four times a month. You'll provide crucial support to Administrative Law Judges (ALJs) by managing appeals, preparing hearing exhibits, and ensuring the timely processing of legal documents.

This position is vital to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our legal system. Requirements Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat. Exceptional multitasking abilities across various platforms.

Analytical and critical thinking skills. Experience in organizing and maintaining confidential files. Knowledge of Arizona Public Assistance and Unemployment Insurance law, practices, and procedures.

Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, writing, reading). Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle sensitive data. Preferences Mid-level legal background is beneficial but not required.
