What You’ll Bring10+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 5 years in leadership, managing and mentoring teams of 10+ engineers.Strong expertise in Golang and Java.Excellent command of English (spoken and written) for seamless collaboration across global teams.Proven success in designing, scaling, and maintaining complex backend systems.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence architecture and technical direction.Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and grow engineering talent.Experience engaging with executive stakeholders, presenting technical strategies in terms of business outcomes (efficiency, scalability, customer value).Open to candidates of all nationalities.
